Saved Searches let you store complex search and filter combinations for instant access later. Instead of rebuilding the same multi-criteria search every time you need it, save it once and click to reload it whenever needed.
Why Saved Searches Matter
Instant access to strategic lists: You regularly need to see “all prospects in SaaS with Citizen Score below 30 who I connected with in the last 90 days.” Building that search takes time. Saving it means one click retrieves the exact list.
Consistent review workflows: Weekly reviews become efficient when your saved searches are already set up. Upload your data to include new connections, review, take action, move to the next saved search.
No more forgetting criteria: That perfect search you built last month? You don’t remember the exact combination anymore. Saved searches preserve your strategic queries so you never have to recreate them from memory.
Shared strategies become repeatable: Once you identify searches that surface valuable insights, save them. You can use the same strategic filters month after month to track progress and patterns - and make sure you’re still adding valuable people to your network.
How to Save a Search
Step 1: Build your search
Create a search using any combination of:
- Text search (Name, Tag, Company, Other Text fields)
- Negative searches (exclude criteria with - prefix)
- Advanced filters (sort options, date ranges, connection status, Citizen Score ranges, labels, segments, show deleted records toggle)
Make the search as simple or complex as needed. Test it to ensure the results match what you’re looking for.
Step 2: Save the search
Click the Save button on the top left of Lime
Give the search a descriptive name
- Examples: “Hot Prospects - SaaS - Low Score,” “Neglected Clients - Last 90 Days,” “Content Collaborators - High Engagement”
Click Save search
The search is now saved and appears in your saved searches list.
Accessing Saved Searches
Your saved searches appear at the top left of Lime - look for the icon showing a folder with a magnifying glass.
Editing Saved Searches
Load the saved search, modify criteria as needed, then save again with the same name to overwrite the previous version. Or save with a new name to create a variation.
Deleting Saved Searches
If a saved search is no longer useful, remove it from your saved searches list. Click the saved searches icon, find the search you want to delete, click the pencil next to its name and then select Delete.
