Set how often Lime reminds you to engage with this connection’s content. Choose based on strategic importance, not just posting frequency. Options are:

  • Don’t remind me: No reminders. This connection won’t appear in scheduled check-in lists.

  • Daily: Critical relationships - active deals, key influencers, or connections whose content is so good it helps you stay consistent on LinkedIn.

  • Every three days: Important relationships - potential clients, loyal supporters, or valuable partnership opportunities.

  • Once a week: Established relationships that don’t need frequent attention, or connections who post less regularly.

  • Every two weeks: Sporadic posters or relationships where you’re easing back on intensity after building up a strong Citizen Score.

  • Once a month: Low-priority connections - friendly but not strategic, or strong relationships that need minimal maintenance.

  • Every quarter: Minimal maintenance relationships - former colleagues who post rarely, or connections whose content is difficult to engage with but you want to maintain some presence.

  • Never - Profile is inactive: Irrelevant connections you don’t want appearing in searches or reports.

Check-in schedules can be changed any time. Start intensive (daily or every three days) to build your Citizen Score, then reduce frequency once the relationship is established.

Not every contact needs a check-in schedule - there are only so many relationships you can nurture at one time, and you may not want to hide their profile either.
