What it is: Aggregates news articles and trending content from Google News based on keywords you choose.
When to use it: You want a broad overview of what’s being written about a topic. Good for staying current on general industry news.
Beware: This is very broad. You’ll get a wide range of articles - some great, some tangential. May require digging to find truly relevant ideas.
How to add:
- Select Google News Search from the dropdown
- Enter keywords you want to see articles about. Example: “artificial intelligence,” “B2B sales,” “content marketing”
- Optionally add to a folder
- Click Add Feed
Example use case: You want to comment on general AI trends. Add “artificial intelligence” as keywords. You’ll see mainstream news coverage you can respond to or reference in posts.
