Lime Segments settings is where you create and edit your kanban board funnels and their segments (columns).
Editing Existing Funnels
- Select a funnel from the dropdown menu
- Click Edit
- Make changes:
- Add new segments by creating additional columns
- Delete current segments you no longer need
- Rename the funnel
- Rename individual segments
- Click Save when finished
Creating New Funnels
- Click the big green + Create New Funnel button
- Enter the funnel’s name
- Click Create Funnel
- Set the number of segments needed
- Name each segment (e.g., “Prospect,” “Qualified,” “Proposal Sent,” “Closed Won”)
- Click Save
The funnel is now ready for you to add connections.
Important Note About Deletions
If you delete a segment or funnel that contains connections, those connections are removed from that funnel/segment. The deletion won’t show in their contact cards - they simply no longer belong to that organizational structure. Connections themselves aren’t deleted from Lime, just their funnel/segment assignments.
