Your Citizen Score measures relationship strength with each connection. Every activity you log adds to the score, but you can prioritize which activities matter most to your strategy.
How It Works
Different interactions carry different relationship value. This page lets you decide how much each activity type contributes to Citizen Scores.
Setting Activity Priority
Drag activities into priority levels based on importance to your LinkedIn strategy:
Available activities:
- Great Conversations (chats, meetings, substantial discussions)
- Leaving Comments (public engagement on their posts)
- Sending DMs (private messages)
- Viewing Profiles (checking their LinkedIn profile)
Priority levels:
Drag activities into Highest Priority, High Priority, Medium Priority, or Low Priority sections based on which actions you value most for relationship building.
You can place multiple activities in the same priority level - if all activity types matter equally to you, keep them all in Highest Priority to reward yourself for any engagement.
Why This Matters
If deep conversations are more valuable to your strategy than profile views, prioritize accordingly. Citizen Scores will grow faster when you take higher-priority actions, helping you focus effort on activities that build the strongest relationships for your specific goals.
