Content Notebooks

Notebooks organize your content ideas, drafts, and snippets into categories that make sense for your workflow. Create as many notebooks as needed - they’re flexible containers for different content types, topics, or stages of development.

Default Notebooks:

Inbox

Where new ideas land if you don’t assign them to another notebook when saving. Think of the Inbox as “unsorted ideas awaiting organization.” Periodically review Inbox to:

  • Assign ideas to appropriate notebooks
  • Develop promising ideas into full posts
  • Delete ideas that no longer seem valuable
  • Combine similar ideas into one stronger post

Archive

Where completed or abandoned ideas go when you’re done with them. When you click “Archive” on any idea, it automatically moves to the Archive notebook (creating it if it doesn’t exist yet). Use Archive to:

  • Clear out published posts from active notebooks
  • Remove outdated ideas without deleting them permanently

Custom Notebooks

Create notebooks for any organizational system that supports your content strategy:

By content type:

  • Tips & How-Tos
  • Case Studies & Results
  • Personal Stories
  • Industry Commentary
  • Long-Form Posts

By topic:

  • LinkedIn Strategy Content
  • Leadership Posts
  • AI & Technology
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Client Success Stories

By development stage:

  • Ideas (rough concepts)
  • Drafts (partially written)
  • Ready to Post (complete, awaiting scheduling)
  • Published (completed posts for reference)

By strategic purpose:

  • Lead Generation Posts
  • Thought Leadership
  • Engagement Drivers
  • Personal Brand Building

By timeframe:

  • Q1 Content
  • Q2 Content
  • Evergreen Content
  • Seasonal Posts

Name notebooks whatever makes content organization intuitive for your workflow. The goal is finding ideas quickly when you need them and seeing your content pipeline clearly.
