Each connection appears as a card within their current segment. Cards show:
- Connection name
- Citizen Score (relationship strength indicator)
- Image (if uploaded)
- Quick links to their profile or activity feed on LinkedIn
Double click any card to open the full contact card with all standard Card View functionality - log actions, update notes, view history, or change settings.
Drag and drop connection cards between segments as relationships progress. Moving a connection updates their record immediately. Use this to:
- Advance prospects through sales stages
- Track partnership development
- Visualize relationship maturity
- Identify connections stuck in specific stages
