Mark this post as done and ready to share (top right).
When the post is complete and ready to publish:
- Click Mark this post as done and ready to share
- The post automatically moves to your Archive notebook
- This removes it from active notebooks so you don’t scroll through already-used content when looking for new ideas
Even though it’s archived, you can still access the post later for reference, reuse, or to copy into LinkedIn for publishing.
Note: This does not publish the post on LinkedIn.
After marking done:
The post is ready but not published - Lime doesn’t auto-post to LinkedIn. You still need to:
- Copy the post text (manually or using the copy button)
- Open LinkedIn
- Paste into LinkedIn’s post composer
- Add any images/video if applicable
- Publish on LinkedIn
The “done and ready” status simply marks the post as complete within Lime’s organization system.
