Content Calendar

The right side of the Content Laboratory shows a calendar visualization of your content plan.

What appears on the calendar:

All posts you’ve added to calendar dates. Each post appears on its scheduled date, using the color coding from post types:

  • Blue: Sales posts
  • Pink: Personal posts
  • Orange: Informational posts
  • Yellow: Other posts

Seeing colors distributed across the calendar provides instant visual feedback on content mix and frequency.

Using the calendar:

Review content balance: Scan the week or month to see color distribution. Too much blue (all sales)? Add more pink and orange to balance. Large gaps? Need more consistent posting.
Plan strategic sequences: Place related posts across multiple days - for example, Informational posts building expertise Monday and Wednesday, Personal post building connection Friday, Sales post with offer the following Monday when trust is established.
Avoid color clustering: If all blue posts are clustered together (five sales posts in five days), spread them out across the calendar for better audience reception.
Visualize publishing frequency: Empty calendar days show posting gaps. Overfilled days might mean bunched content that should spread across more dates.
