Focus Mode filters your connections list to show only connections with Citizen Scores - people you’ve actively interacted with and built relationships with in Lime recently.
Activating Focus Mode
Click the broken square icon at the top of the Connections section to enter Focus Mode. The connections list updates to display only connections who have Citizen Scores, hiding everyone else.
Why Focus Mode matters:
When you have hundreds or thousands of connections imported into Lime, most haven’t been engaged with yet and have no Citizen Score. Focus Mode cuts through the noise, showing only the relationships you’re actively building and tracking.
Use Focus Mode when you want to:
- Review connections you’re actually working with
- See your active relationship-building efforts
- Avoid scrolling through hundreds of unengaged connections
- Focus on people who matter to your current strategy
Click the icon again to exit Focus Mode and return to viewing all connections.
