Three buttons appear on the top right of the contact card and quickly log interactions with this connection.
Quick logging:
Click any button once to instantly log that action type - Comment, DM, or Chat - without adding additional notes. The interaction is recorded immediately and contributes to the connection’s Citizen Score.
Logging with notes:
Double-click any button to add context to the logged action. A text box appears where you can enter details about the interaction - what you discussed, what was promised, key takeaways, or anything worth remembering. This adds the note to the connection’s history alongside the logged action.
Available quick action buttons (in the order they appear in Lime):
Comment: Log that you commented on this connection’s LinkedIn post
DM: Log that you sent this connection a direct message on LinkedIn
Chat: Log a conversation - meeting, call, extended discussion, or any substantial interaction beyond quick messages
