Content Discovery helps you find ideas for LinkedIn posts by aggregating news, articles, and discussions from sources relevant to your industry or expertise. Instead of manually browsing multiple websites hoping to stumble across something worth commenting on, Content Discovery brings curated content to one place.
The real power comes from adding personalized RSS feeds. These are custom sources that match your specific expertise, audience, and interests. The default news overview is a starting point, but adding your own feeds transforms Content Discovery into a personalized content idea engine.
Accessing Content Discovery
Click the three dots (Tools menu) in the Lime app, then select Content Discovery.
Why Personalized RSS Feeds Matter
The default news overview shows general headlines, which can spark ideas but isn’t tailored to you. Adding your own RSS feeds is the best way to use Content Discovery.
Personalized feeds give you:
- Content from sources your audience actually cares about
- Discussions happening in your niche right now
- Articles from thought leaders you want to reference or respond to
- Questions people are asking that you can answer with LinkedIn posts
Think of RSS feeds as your curated reading list that updates automatically in the background. Every time you open Content Discovery, fresh content waits - there’s no manual browsing needed.
